While Michael has been actively involved in the trucking & waste industry for over 20 years, his true passion is running the day to day operations of Ciotti Enterprises, Inc. Michael prides himself on his ability to service the customers of Ciotti, as if each customer is, and was the only customer that matters. Michael ensures that the everyday activities of Ciotti run smoothly. He ensures the drivers are constantly up to date on safety measures on a job site, as well as the fleet of trucks meet or exceed DOT safety requirements. Michael is hands on when it comes to sales and customer service, as well as the maintenance and supervision of his drivers, fleet of trucks, and mechanics. He is also known to hop in a truck, if it means keeping a customer happy to get the job done in a timely manner.
